Senior/Lead Process Engineer Requirements: • Have a degree in Chemical Engineering • Min. 10 years of experience in process engineering for oil and gas facilities (onshore & offshore) including 3-5 years in pre-project, feasibility, conceptual studies and detailed design. Principal Accountabilities: • Review and prepare design work to ensure it meets industry standards and regulations, company procedure, and is consistent with the project objectives of safety, operability, reliability, cost effectiveness • Manage the consultants working in his/her area of responsibility to ensure that they are working to the appropriate level of efficiency and within the allocated schedule and budget. • Ability to lead and function as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team to maintain clear understanding of design issues, progress and objectives is required. • Should have knowledge of: - Process simulation of physical fluid properties. - Detailed knowledge of the basic data and phase behaviors; equations of states, phase envelopes of gas and oil components. - Simulation of steady state modeling & steady state multi phase flow using computer software. - Design of appropriate systems to meet the Required Throughput Specifications. - Development of PFD/UFD, material balances, and P&ID - Development of process calculation of hydraulic, pumps, heat transfer, separation, relief system design including flare system, blowdown and low temperature study - Development of process datasheet of equipment and instrumentation. - Specification of control philosophies; fail-safe actions of control valves and the measurement of material balances. - Specification and design of Process Shutdown, Emergency Shutdown and Instrumented Protective Function safeguarding systems. - Development of SAFE chart, ESD Logic Diagram, Cause and Effect Matrix Diagram - Process engineering software (Hysys, Pipesim/Pipephase, Flarenet etc) - HAZOP/SIL review including action close-out. CONTRACT SUPERINTENDENT
(Jakarta Based)

Supervise the daily operation of the Contract Engineer during strategic sourcing (e.g. purchase analysis, negotiation stage, awarded) and during their administration of the various agreements (i.e. plant hire, services) in Jakarta and at the site level, including the definition/s of scope of work, supplier relationship management & category management, identification of both parties’ responsibilities, and interpretation of relevant contract conditions; to ensure that the project requirements from the vendors/suppliers/subcontractors are adequate delivered to the ’user’ in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, with six (6) years of experience in supply chain and contract administration. 

• Have a wide knowledge in commercial and contractual aspect of various plant hire and/or service contract agreement. 

• Have the experiences with commercial / legal service providers. 

• Must be diligent, reliable and respond to difficult task whenever the need arises.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the administration of all various vendor agreements during the operational stage. 

• Direct the Contract Engineer/s during strategic sourcing (e.g. purchasing analysis, negotiation stage, awarded) 

• Direct the formation of the terms and conditions of all various vendor agreements engaged by Petrosea

• Oversee the final close-out all the various vendor subcontract agreements

• Prepare and submit monthly report (incl. the accounts) for all vendor’s delivery of services/goods

• Direct the strategy in handling to various claims, counterclaims, backcharges by the vendor

• Attends to resolution of disputes whenever they arise, including formation of finding facts, submit recomendation and plan of actions

• Finalize correspondence being issued to vendors in relation to the requirement of the subcontract agreement. 

• Lead the Contract Engineer/s in their interfacing and coordination with the other department within Petrosea (i.e. legal, accounting,operations, etc.) 

• Review and develop appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximise commercials effectiveness

• Monitor and control contract implementation to ensure that Petrosea follow the contractual requirements of the contract such that Petrosea is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties

• Evaluate and analyse all legal aspects of commercial documents/contracts and manage such to stay abreast of commercial change/risk

• Evaluate and conduct restructuring of internal documents to ensure all company’s documents are in accordance with the Petrosea Contracting Principles and management of commercial
